Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex, has rebranded her lifestyle brand as 'As Ever.' The original brand launched as 'American Riviera Orchard,' in March 2024. The original name was inspired by where Megan lives, Montecito, CA, which is known as the American Riviera. She has said she felt too pinned down to the region with the original name, but rumor has it Meghan also couldn't trademark that name.
In her Instagram post Megan explains that 'As Ever' means "as it's ever been," a reference to her original blog The Tig where she shared things like crafting, cooking, gardening, etc.
"We are all clear at this point that jam is my jam" - Meghan
Meghan's new Netflix series "With Love, Meghan" will premiere on March, 4th. The timing of this rebrand is well coordinated because it turns out that Netflix is also backing this new business venture. We look forward to hearing more about that!

This might be a first... paint brand Dunn Edwards just announced not just a 'Color of the Year', but a 'Color of the Century'! The color they have selected is a deep saturated blue/green called Viridian Odyssey (DE1925). The announcement came on the company's 100th year anniversary.
"Our color and design team has been studying how color trends have evolved since our company's founding, in addition to forecasting how color and design will evolve in the next 100 years." - Lauren Hoferkamp (Dunn Edward's blog: Specs + Spaces)
In heartbreaking news Shoppe Amber Interiors lost its flagship, Pacific Palisades location, to the recent Pacific Palisades Fires. Amber posted the update on the @shoppeamberinterior's Instagram page.
The shop first opened in 2015 and has become a staple in the community. I know (from following Amber on social) that this location was particularly near and dear to Amber's heart. The good news is It is not the only location- Shoppe Amber Interiors continues to thrive in Marin Country Mart, Newport Beach, and Calabasas.
You can support Amber and her team during this difficult time (and always) by shopping in their online shop.
On a brighter note, Shoppe Amber Interiors is set to open its Montecito location very soon!

Drumroll, please....Pantone's 2025 Color of the Year is...Mocha Mousse (17-1230)! This color evokes all of the cozy things-- coffee, chocolate, indulgence, and comfort. What do you think of when you see this color? Where would you use this color? Walls, furniture, textiles?
